This is made from Baga a indigenous varietal to Portugal and has lovely red berry fruits. On the nose plenty of crunchy red berries, fresh raspberries, orange zest and black pepper. On the palate moreish sappy juicy fruit with bay leaf and cranberry. Perfect for roasted pork belly or a light game bird.
