75cl / 15% - The Spring 2021 release of Tio Pepe En Rama sherry has been characterised by an abnormally dry, mild winter that gave way to a cool and rainy spring, creating the perfect conditions for a healthy growth of flor. Head Winemaker Antonio Flores carefully selected 69 barrels for this release, This En Rama is alive with flavour and has more nutty and yeasty aromas than the usual Tio Pepe and on the palate it is fresh and citrusy, with a complex, saline finish.
