Barolo Azelia Luigi Scavino 2014
75cl / 14% - Luigi Scavino is the cousin of legendary Enrico Scavino, he used to produce his Barolo\'s in a very modern style with new oak. Today very little new oak is used and large Botti\'s are a more common sight. This wine is all about crushed roses, cherry and perfumed incense spice. The palate has so many flavours; black cherry, red plum, curry leaf and lovely crunchy tannins. Pour a glass let it breathe and serve with roasted meats.
