Lyrarakis Dafni Psarades Vineyard 2020
75cl / 12% - This winery was established on the island of Crete in 1966, the family have devoted themselves to the revival of indigenous, almost extinct varietals from the islands. Dafni was a grape variety saved from extinction by the family. It has a distinctively herbaceous aroma, with notes of garigue, licorice, cardamom and green olives. On the palate there re hints of green pepper, thyme and lemon. This is a great match for any roasted vegetable dish.
