75cl / 13% - Philippe Heritier gave up his banking job to become a wine maker searching out high altitude vineyards in the Haut-Savoie, keeping the yields low. He is also, interestingly enough, a snail breeder. On the nose nutmeg, ginger, apricot and a hint of fig and lilac. The palate has touches of clementine, salted yellow plum, green tea and a lovely line of freshness.
