75cl / 13% - This old vine chenin is planted at very high density and farmed biodynamically which in the Loire with danger of frosts and mildew takes great commitment. This wine has lovely lifted notes of yellow apple, beeswax and lavender. The palate has real concentration and is full of green and pink lady apples, pretty florals and pickled ginger. Pour a glass of this with freshly shucked oysters and you will be in heaven.
