75cl / 11.5% - Clairvaux d\'Averyron is a beautifully wild and rugged country and has a very long history with wine dating back to 918. These two brothers are working with the local variety Fer Servadou. This wine is just delicious, the nose is all about freshly ground pepper, orange rind, plum, thyme and blueberry. The palate is so pretty with all that lovely fruit and a dash of earl grey tea and salted licorice
