70cl / 51% / First Editions - A 1997 Hector Macbeth blended malt from indie bottler Hunter Laing, matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel for 24 years, before being bottled in 2021 as part of its First Editions series. Aromas of vanilla, white chocolate, raspberries and freshly-baked pastries fill the nose, complemented by notes of brioche buns, red berries, vanilla, oak and caramel throughout the palate.
