Las Mercedes is in a league of its own, offering up exceptionally pretty, vibrant and fruity examples of this wine. The nose is all about strawberries and crunchy cranberry aromas. The palate the tannins are beautifully managed with layers of pretty red fruit, jasmine tea, thyme and rosemary. Try this with roasted lamb or a hearty pasta dish.
