75cl / 12% - Palmer was established in 1947 by seven families who were orignially growers with vineyards in Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. They are Champagnes that represent very good value for money. The rose uses the system of perpetual aging on the reserve wines. The nose is full of wild berries and juicy hedgerow fruit. The palate is full with hints of vanilla and soft spices. A perfect accompaniment to light meat dishes or lobster.
