75cl / 12% - Palmer was established in 1947 by seven families who were orignially growers with vineyards in Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. They are Champagnes that represent very good value for money. This Cuvee uses grapes that mainly come from the Premier Cru vineyards of Trepail and Villers-Marmery. It is a very elegant Blanc de Blanc with notes of crystalized lemons, apple blossom and fresh almonds. Try this with oysters or fresh seafood.
