70cl / 46.5% / Distillery Bottling - The fifth release of single malt Irish whiskey from Dingle Distillery has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, Pedro Ximenez sherry and Madeira wine casks. Aromas of crème brulee, salted caramel and honeycomb fill the nose, complemented by notes of sun-dried raisins, blossom honey, Tiramisu and vanilla throughout the palate.
