70cl / 50% - The 2020 Canne Bleue Vieux rum from Clement is a rich, complex rum made with only one type of sugar cane – canne bleue – and released as part of the distillery\'s 20th anniversary celebrations. Matured for up to 11 years in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and virgin American oak casks, it offers notes of coca nibs, dried pineapple, banana chips, vanilla, grassy sugar cane, toffee, orange and tobacco leaves throughout the palate, with hints of salty sea air lingering in the finish.
