La Gitana Oloroso Faraon VORS / Hidalgo
50cl / 20% - This exceptionally mature oloroso was aged for 30 years at Bodegas Hidalgo la Gitana by the Gulf of Cadiz. The nose is filled with oxidative notes of walnuts, grilled citrus and black pepper, while the palate shows a surprising freshness with dried fruit, olives and lemony acidity. Excellent with game meats and mature cheeses.
