75cl / 13% - This is a relative newcomer to the Australian wine scene but it is located on historical lands in Heathcote. They farm organically and take a hands off approach. The nose is rich and spicy with hints of blackcurrant, blackberry compote and cherry pie. The palate has violets, sage, vanilla and rose petal with lifted black fruits, olive and sweet spices. This wine will open up in the glass and is ideal with roasted lamb.
