Michael has always wanted to make wine that pairs well with food hence he looks for freshness and tension in the wines. On the nose this wine has lovely floral notes, soft strawberry, bay leaf and lemon thyme. On the palate there is a candied fruit character with cinnamon and nutmeg. A really juicy vibrant palate that pairs wonderfully with meaty fish dishes, shellfish and white meats.
