Radford Dale Gamay Noir 2019
75cl / 12.5% - Ben Radford and Alex Dale believe in working with minimal intervention to allow the grapes and the terroir to shine through into the wine. This Gamay lets you know it is South African with a hint of biltong and BBQ smoke on the nose but it also has plenty of juicy red cherry fruit to carry the savoury aromas. The palate is full of red berries and cranberry. If you like an Islay Whisky give this wine a try.
