75cl / 13.5% - Lindsay McCall\'s journey started when he tasted a 1980 Seville Estate shiraz from Victoria, he was captivated and this geography teacher went out and brought an old north facing orchard and planted it with vines – today he owns one of the most respected wineries in Australia. On the nose this wine has a lovely perfume with soft spices, wild thyme and cherry. The palate is light fresh and with hints of cranberry and raspberry. This wine is perfect for a partridge or pheasant.
