Ojo de Tigre Mezcal
70cl / 37% - Ojo de Tigre is made with Espadin and Tobala that are sustainably grown. It\'s then fermented in wooden vats and distilled twice in copper stills in the state of Oaxaca. On the nose there\'s a rich earthy mezcal with capsicum, cavelo nero, spruce and wet clay. The palate has lots of fruit, earthy notes with a minty finish.
