This wine is a blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris, rested on the skins and bottled with no filtration and no sulphur dioxide so will be slightly cloudy in your glass. Expect notes of acacia honey, quince, orchard fruit, and dried peels with some savoury herbs and a deliciously grippy mineral note on the palate.
