70cl / 58.1% / Edition Spirits - This 35 Year Old Jamaican rum, from Hampden Estate distillery, has been bottled by Hunter Laing for its Kill Devil series. Made exclusively with a pot still and matured in a single cask, this rum has vibrant aromas of tropical fruits; mango and guava mingling with leather and liquorice on the nose. The palate offers notes of sweet pear-drops, ripe bananas and cloves before notes of overripe pineapple and toasted oak develop. The finish is long and dry with gentle waves of tobacco smoke.
