75cl / 15% - Founded by father and son team John and Doug Shafer, these wines have become synonymous with quality. They are passionate about farming the land sustainably and using minimal intervention in the winery. This chardonnay has aromas of mandarin, tropical fruits; mango and pineapple. It is full bodied and powerful on the palate with plenty of ripe fruit supported by vanilla and shortbread notes from the oak.
