70cl / 46.8% / Douglas Laing - The second batch of 10-year-old Timorous Beastie Highland blended malt whisky from indie bottler Douglas Laing, that takes its name from Robert Burns\' famous poem \'To a Mouse\'. Sweet aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, brambles and overripe plums fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey, crunchy cereal, clove-studded orange and soft baking spices throughout the palate.
