70cl / 59.6% / House of Macduff - A 2009 Ledaig single malt from indie bottler House of Macduff, made at Tobermory distillery and matured in a single cask for 12 years, before being bottled in May 2021 as part of its Golden Cask series. Aromas of purple heather, earthy smoke, orange peel and flinty minerals fill the nose, complemented by notes of vegetal peat smoke, walnuts, clove-studded orange, earthy pepper, liquorice and black cherry throughout the palate.
