70cl / 57% - Panamanian rum from an undisclosed distillery, brought to you by independent bottler Tamosi. The label names each of its rums in honour of the native peoples of the Caribbean. The Tiba were leaders of the Cueva people who once lived in what is now Eastern Panama. Six years aging at source, followed by a further seven in Europe, has left this rum spicy and complex with notes of citrus and coconut. At least 10% of the profit from every bottle Tamosi sells goes to support indigenous communities
