50cl / 40% - A complex coffee spirit from the folks at Copenhagen Distillery, made by distilling a wheat-based spirit with Arabica coffee beans from Finca Ceylan in Guatemala. The palate offers notes of rich coffee beans, citrus zest, creamy chocolate, earthy spice and warm black pepper that linger in the finish. Try using this as the base for an Espresso Martini or coffee-focussed cocktail.
