Port Ellen 1979 / 21 Year Old / Old Malt Cask Islay Whisky
70cl / 50% / Douglas Laing - An old bottling of 1979 vintage Port Ellen from independent bottler Douglas Laing as part of the Old Malt Cask series. Distilled in February, this was aged in a single cask for 21 years before 330 bottles were yielded in August 2000. The distillery sadly closed in 1983 and bottles are heavily sought-after.
