He says he works the wine slowly and does not rush it therefore holding onto all the beautiful aromatics and textures. The nose is extremely enticing with hints of honey, marzipan and ripe melon; the palate is no less engaging with a gorgeous velvety fruit and freshly cut lemon basil. A wine that was designed for Asian food but will pair equally well with a crab pasta.
