75cl / 13.5% - The Pillot family have been growing grapes in Chassagne-Montrachet since the 19th century. Laurent, who has been in charge of the Domaine for over ten years, is the 5th generation. The nose on this wine is all about soft florals and delicate fruit. Wild strawberry, raspberry wine gums, freshly made jam and some cranberry come through and are supported by tightly woven tannins and a long lingering finish. Try this with pheasant or a light fish dish.
