70cl / 40% - A bold combination of rums from Barbados and Guyana, aged in the Caribbean for five years in American oak casks before being transported to Spain where it was aged for a further five years in Pedro Ximenez and Palo Cortado sherry casks. This rum has a heavily sherried character, with intensely fruity flavours filling the palate. Notes of molasses, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg build and mingle with spicy orange peel and cloves. The finish is rich and dark, full of chocolate and coffee flavours.
