50cl / 53.5% - The first batch of Engenho Novo da Madeira rum from That Boutique-y Rum Company is made at a distillery in Portugal, founded by a descendent of William Hinton. This three-year-old expression was matured in an ex-Amarone wine cask and offers aromas of mango, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and rose petals that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of maple syrup, red grapes, black tea, cocoa and vanilla that linger in the finish.
