70cl / 51.1% / Douglas Laing - A 1995 Tormore single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single hogshead for quarter of a century before being bottled in December 2020 as part of its Xtra Old Particular series. Aromas of straw, gooseberry, green apples and candied nuts fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla, oak, nutmeg, buttery biscuits, dried banana, lemon rind and orchard fruits throughout the palate.
