On the nose this wine is very attractive with notes of baked apple, pineapple, anise and sage. The palate has a lovely round texture and is all about wet stones, spice and salt that is underpinned by the lovely fruit and juicy mouth watering freshness. A wine for drinking with a fresh fish ceviche.
