Mezcal Neta Bicuixe 2019
70cl / 46.3% - A beautiful mezcal from Celso Garcia Cruz in the Lachiguizo village in Sierra Sur Oaxaca. It\'s made with native yeasts and fermented in Montezuma cyprus wood tanks and then distilled twice in Copper pot still. This is an elegant mezcal with notes of Padron peppers, bonfire ash, white flowers and yellow fruits. The palate is deep and full with loads of ripe tropical fruits, white pepper and a generous finish.
