50cl / 55% - Batch 4 of Killowen Rum & Raisin is a six-year-old Irish single malt whiskey that has been matured in a combination of ex-rum casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, creating layers of fruit and spice. Aromas of freshly-pressed apple juice, warm Christmas pudding and dark molasses fill the nose, complemented by notes of raisins, dried fruit, green apples, tropical fruit, vanilla and coconut throughout the palate.
