3cl / 46% / The Perfect Measure - A Perfect Measure sample bottle of the second batch of JJ Corry The Gael Irish whiskey, made with a blend of 60% malt whiskey and 40% grain whiskey and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. Aromas of shortbread, peaches and cream and sweet grass fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon drizzle cake, honeycomb, rye bread and thyme throughout the palate.
