75cl / 13% - 2016 was a challenging vintage with frosts and mildew causing small harvests. The quality of the wines however is very good. Thibault is a classic example of the new generation of Burgundian winemakers who took over the vineyards in 2001 and immediately switched to organic farming and eventually moved to Biodynamics. He works in a very natural way with very low sulphur. This Chambolle Musigny has such elegant soft ripe tannins, beautiful florals and cherry fruits.
