75cl / 12.5% - The Rodez family has been growing grapes in Ambonnay since 1757. Eric trained at Krug for many years and takes his learnings into his own Champagnes, working with wood on the base wines. This Blanc de Blanc is a blend of more than 15 wines from 5 vintages. The nose has baked apple, lemon custard and some toasty notes. The palate has weight and depth with a long intense finish. Try this with richer foods like pheasant.
