70cl / 48.9% - Not to be confused with Cuishe, Rey Campero Madre Cuishe is made with another member of the agave karwinski family. Madre cuishe is a tall cylindrical agave with a dense core that\'s well known for producing mineral-rich mescal – this is no exception. The agave is cooked in earth pits before being fermented in wooden vats and then double-distilled in copper stills. Rey Campero Madre Cuishe has fruity notes of banana and sweet white chocolate, all spread over a stony base.
