70cl / 48% / South Star Spirits - A 2013-vintage Islay single malt from independent bottler South Star Spirits, made at a mystery distillery on the island and matured in a small batch of hogsheads for eight years, before being bottled in 2021. Rich, smoky aromas fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla, sea salt, peat smoke, oak and ashy bonfires throughout the palate.
