75cl / 7.5% - The family has been producing wine since 1350 making them the oldest winemaking family in the Rheinhessen region. In 2008 they converted the vineyards to organic and biodynamic farming. On the nose a hint of honey blossom, green and pink lady apples, some pineapple and wet stone. On the palate off dry with a hint of zesty lime and pink grapefruit. Try this with a rich fish dish or vegetarian feast.
