Chateau Mercian Koshu Sur Lie 2020
75cl / 12% - Koshu is an indigenous grape from Japan which can be traced back to 1186. This one has spent time on the lees to give it a creamy round texture. On the nose there is lots of white blossom, pink lady apple and ripe pear. The palate is round and ripe with a gentle zesty finish.
