Capreolus Blackberry Eau de Vie 2020
37.5cl / 43% - More than 22kg of blackberries are used to produce just one litre of this stunning eau-de-vie, each one picked in orchards in the Malvern hills. Long, wild fermentation and careful distillation preserve the essence of the fruit at the peak of its ripeness. As well as intense blackberry aromas you can expect spearmint and green almonds on the nose, backed up by blackcurrant leaf and lingering spices on the palate.
