Muscat Beaumes de Venise Hommage Domaine de Bernardins NV
50cl / 15% - The Castaud-Maurins own 25 hectores of vineyards 15 of those planted to Muscat Noir, the Hommage has been solera aged giving it a deeper character than the classic Beaumes de Venise. This Muscat is classically grapey with lashings of strawberry jam and a hint of Turkish delight and toffee. The palate has a lot of perfumed fruit dark honied fruit with a floral long finish. Try this with an Eton mess or a ripe Camembert.
