70cl / 48.9% / Gleann Mor - A 1983 Tomatin single malt from indie bottler Gleann Mor, matured in a refill sherry butt for 36 years, before being bottled in 2020 as part of its Rare Finds series. Aromas of beeswax, gingernut biscuits, lemongrass, dried banana, chamomile and freshly-chopped logs fill the nose, complemented by notes of papaya, passionfruit, pineapple and melon, hazelnut, cedarwood and exotic spices throughout the palate.
