Lustau East India Solera Sherry
75cl / 17% - A sweet sherry from Lustau that is named after the East India Company and honours the 17th century tradition of shipping wines to the East Indies. Matured in a 45-cask solera for more than three years, it offers aromas of raisins, dates, citrus, toffee, hazelnuts, plum jam and dark chocolate that fill the nose. The palate reveals notes of caramel, mocha, oak, coffee, dried fruit and hints of salt that linger in the finish.
