75cl / 14% - Laurent Habrard has 15 hectares of vineyards in the Northern Rhone that he farms organically. His wines have very little sulphur and he has a very hands off approach to winemaking. This is an absolutely stunning wine with a beautiful bouquet of speculoos, green tea, Ricola candy, white pepper, crushed flowers and a light medicinal character. The palate is perfectly crafted with soft ripe tannins, cracked black pepper and a zest of orange.
