75cl / 12.5% - This relative newcomer to the Franciacorta scene is run by two young guys with a passion for the land and what it produces. This is a lighter style of Franciacorta with soft stone fruits, custard apples and apple blossom. A very gentle fizz gives way to pear, green melon and apple with a lemon rind finish. A nice aperitif-style sparkling wine.
