70cl / 53.5% - The second batch of Redbreast 27 Year Old single pot still Irish whiskey has been matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and Ruby Port casks for almost three decades. Aromas of mango, pineapple, blood orange, vanilla, oak, toffee and red berries fill the nose, complemented by notes of black cherries, red-fleshed plums, summer berries, cinnamon, vanilla, chilli oil and nutmeg throughout the palate.
