75cl / 11.5% - Black Elephant was set up by three gentlemen who wanted to change the way wine was made and talked about. Cap Classique wines are South Africa\'s answer to Champagne. It is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and has 8g/l residual sugar. On the nose bright cherry fruit with hints of melon and rhubarb. The palate is all about pink lady apples and fresh citrus fruits.
